Overview

Frost is an Associate in the Corporate and Funds Groups of Loeb Smith’s Hong Kong office. Frost specialises advising on corporate transactions including IPOs, M&A, private equity transactions, and series financings, and also on the formation and launch of both Cayman funds and BVI funds of all asset types (e.g. hedge, PE, VC and crypto) and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining our Firm, Frost was an Associate of an international law firm in Hong Kong.
