Introduction
Our specialist teams based in Cayman, BVI and Hong Kong working for clients across a range of services. We provide advice and services that span the entire lifecycle of the real estate sector. From development and planning, to projects and construction, financing, securitisation, real estate investment fund formation, M&A and joint ventures.
We regularly advise on real estate holding structures and have experience working with real estate firms, fund managers, private clients, third party financers, property finance (including real estate acquisition and development finance), acting for both lenders and borrowers, and we advise on the full spectrum of real estate funds, offering ongoing commercially focused regulatory advice.
Our work includes creation of ownership and management structures, advising on the offshore aspects of corporate transactions, advising on the arranging and structuring of appropriate finance, and coordinating the review and execution of property specific contracts.
