简介

Robert是Loeb Smith律师事务所开曼群岛办公室的合伙人。Robert于2021年从英国迁至开曼群岛，此前他在英国从事银行和金融律师工作12年。Robert目前就广泛的业务领域提供咨询服务，涵盖公司（包括并购）、商业、银行和金融、投资基金、加密货币和证券投资业务。

投资基金——就涵盖广泛策略和领域的投资基金（包括加密货币/数字资产基金）的设立和启动提供咨询，以及在投资基金存续期间进行投资组合投资和融资；以及
加密货币/Web3.0——根据当地“VASP”法规，为客户提供监管状态咨询，并根据需要申请注册和许可。
