黄霞飞律师是我们公司法务部的法律顾问。她为在开曼群岛和英属维尔京群岛设立和推出各类对冲基金、私募股权基金、房地产基金和加密资产基金提供咨询服务。Faye还就涉及科技、媒体和电信领域各种开曼公司结构的并购和合资交易提供法律咨询。她曾参与多起在纽约证券交易所和纳斯达克上市的中国拥有和管理公司的合并私有化项目。Faye精通普通话和上海话，在加入我们公司法务部之前，曾在上海一家大型美国律师事务所工作。另外，Faye持有中国律师资格。
